The staff and pool by far. Alfredo and Enrique brought a great musical vibe at the swim up bar and Melues greeting everyone like we had arrived at Fantasy Island (the old tv show). All 3 of them smiling and joking around and creating a real vacation vibe, like real Mexico...it was so personable after staying 3 days at Finest Playa where it's very "corporate". We felt like we were at the best kept secret on the playa strip. The great thing about the pool, its an infinity pool with a wide width so it's not crowded when you're there staring at the sea and the bar bit is around a "corner" so it's kinda private. The dj/bartenders are there playing great party music. They will even bring drinks down to the beach. The cushions are super comfortable and there's plenty of shade with free cabanas. And the best thing is that the hotel shades the pool from the afternoon heat so the pool is refreshing not like bathwater...we were there until July 9th. This is a big big plus for me. One of the places we went had a hot pool so I was so excited when I jumped in Cyan's. We plan on coming back in December and look forward to the Mediterranean restaurant they are building out.

beautiful hotel . spacious rooms with balcony or with jacuzzi. we tried both . the bed - I wish I could take it home. it was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. there was safe and small fridge in the room. big TV and USB ports for charging. the lobby is very nice and the pool is very nice with pool bar- cocktails, shots or beer. it’s on the beach . you can see and hear the sea from your room. the pool is just above the beach . option for breakfast /lunch and dinner is a beautiful tropical restaurant just across the street .big portions for breakfast -many choices. lunch and dinner many options too and it ALL is delicious as we tried everything on the menu during our stay in the hotel. the staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful .we really loved it here

The location was great! Sea view in the middle of the hotel zone and bus station directly in front of the hotel, that brings you to all important places in Cancun.

The pool and beach area are the best. It was well maintained, the outdoor furniture was beautiful and the cocktail bar in the pool was fun! Compared to the the nearest hotels, I had the feeling, this was a hotel mainly for adults which is good if you're travelling without kids and want to relax.

Great beach front location. The room was bright and spacious with a balcony. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. The shower was powerful. The air-con was modern and quiet. The restaurant 19.5km across the road was amazing for food and sunset views. There is a convenience store next to the restaurant.

The sea view from the room , the infinity pool and the service from the staff . I have to say that we got a free room upgrade which included a Jacuzzi, it was a great compliment from the hotel . also it is only 15-20 min from the airport .

Beautiful hotel with amazing ocean view and the best pool and private beach! All the staff were very kind and helpful, would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything! The hostel is amazing and it's ideal to go solo, couples and families. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you anytime; the hotel is very clean, the bathroom was fully equiped with high quality toiletries, the room was huge, the additional services were great (taxi), all the people were great. The views are also great and despite the fact that they don't have their own restaurant at the moment, you can go to the hotel next to it and the food is good.

The Beach view was awesome, The front desk staff was awesome, any problem I had someone was quick to respond. The Beach and Pool were one of the biggest selling points.
